In the event of church closing due to inclement weather, Wednesday evening activities will follow the Southern York County School District policies. If daytime or evening school activities are cancelled, all church activities will also be cancelled.

Cancellation of Sunday morning activities due to inclement weather will be decided by 7:00 A.M. Evening activity decisions will be made by 4:00 P.M.
